What are the weight and size limits?

Insurance & Claims

Is my shipment insured?

All shipments include basic liability coverage up to $100. Additional insurance is available for valuable items at a rate of $1 per $100 of declared value. We recommend insuring items over $100 in value. Insurance must be purchased at time of shipment.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but if damage or loss occurs, file a claim within 30 days. Claims are processed within 5-10 business days. Keep all packaging materials for damage claims. Our dedicated claims team will guide you through the process and ensure fair resolution.
